All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment. Please keep in mind that this does not include holidays and weekends. Your order will ship 3-5 business days after purchase.

All items that are Pre-Ordered will ship on or around the scheduled arrival date.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Priority and Express shipping are available.

Pricing for priority and express shipping methods may vary according to the weight and size of the package. Please add a note in shipping preference to have shipping calculated.

Pejais Couture will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please be mindful that Pejais Couture is NOT responsible for any mail delays due to the mail carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses input at the time of the order being placed.
