Refund policy

We’re a small, curated boutique — to keep inventory fresh for our Queens, we offer store credit only on eligible returns.

Pejais Couture understands that ordering online isn’t always as easy as it seems. Unfortunately, due to high demand in items we cannot guarantee product availability. We are happy to accept your returns for store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card to be used toward future purchases.

Return Guidelines

Items returned within 7 days of the delivery date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive store credit and customer will be responsible for return shipping.

All clearance/ Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Pejais Couture does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount excluding any shipping costs.

If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email hello@pejaiscouture.com within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

All items are returned to Pejais Couture at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include your order form or confirmation inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Pejais Couture. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.

Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
